-"Building Blocks" Of A Healthy Body

What is each of the "building blocks" of a healthy body? Proteins - Translated from the Greek

word translated as the main or important, that in fact it is. Protein is a key nutrient that

performs the function of the building. Its composition: carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen,

phosphorus, copper, iron and others. The molecules are composed of amino acids. In total

there are twenty amino acids, eight of which are essential for a person, as the body cannot

synthesize them itself. The remaining amino acids the body forms itself. Proteins are full and

inferior. Full found in foods of animal origin:

• Eggs;

• Meat;

• Bird;

• Fish;

• Milk and dairy products.

Herbal products contain a defective protein:

• All legumes;

• Soybeans;

• Peas;

• Some cereals;

• Vegetables.

The second amino group of products is smaller than the first group, and they are partially

digestible. For example, eggs (the first group) are fully absorbed by the body, unlike soybeans

(second group), which is absorbed only 40%. Balanced diet must combine products of animal

and vegetable origin. Even if weight loss of the protein should not refuse, but the fat should be

in a minimum amount, for example:

• Lean meat: chicken, turkey, beef;

• Egg white;

• Fish: cod, haddock, perch, hake;

• Milk and dairy products with low-fat.
